ASHLEY BUSSE, DIRECTOR

Ashley has over 30 years experience working with corporates and top tier law practices in a variety of senior legal and commercial executive roles. He has a wealth of experience in structuring business transactions across a variety of sectors and negotiating favourable commercial outcomes.

He is experienced in providing practical estate planning solutions along with Wills and Trust planning advice.

He gained admission as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW and is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Ashley has a variety of qualifications in Law, Business and Engineering, including a Master of Laws. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

He is a past Chair of School Council (Independent Public School). He has prior experience as a non-executive director on a number of not-for-profit boards, including Deputy Chairman of Lifeline.
